

Jillian Arrington
Jillian Arrington is a Resident in Counseling with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Family Studies, from James Madison University. Jillian has a heart for helping children and young adolescents feel seen, supported, and understood. With experience working in the in-home setting, she understands the unique challenges families face. Jillian uses a warm, child-centered approach to create a safe space where children can address their needs at their own pace. She often incorporates play therapy techniques to help children explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop coping skills to get through tough experiences. Jillian’s goal is to help children, and their families feel encouraged and capable of facing life's challenges.
